Terms of Service ​

1. Company and Scope ​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Forge Pool™ platform, APIs, services, documentation, and related infrastructure (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by:

Forge Compute, Inc.
A Delaware corporation, United States of America
("Forge", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you ("User", "Client", or "Provider") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services ​

Forge Pool™ is a distributed execution infrastructure for probabilistic, ensemble, and system-level computation.

Forge:

  • executes computational workloads
  • produces probabilistic outputs
  • enables reproducibility and auditability

Forge does not:

  • provide advice
  • make decisions
  • guarantee outcomes

All outputs are informational.

You remain fully responsible for interpretation and decisions.

3. No Advice; No Fiduciary Duty ​

Forge does not act as:

  • financial advisor
  • legal advisor
  • medical advisor
  • fiduciary

Any reliance on outputs is at your own risk.

4. Eligibility ​

You represent that:

  • you can enter a binding agreement
  • you comply with applicable laws
  • you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions

5. Accounts ​

You are responsible for:

  • account security
  • all activity

Forge may suspend or terminate access for:

  • violations
  • abuse
  • legal requirements
  • system protection

6. Acceptable Use ​

You may not:

  • use the system unlawfully
  • interfere with infrastructure
  • reverse engineer
  • submit malicious workloads

Forge may enforce limits.

7. Inputs and Outputs ​

Inputs ​

You retain ownership.

You grant Forge a license to:

  • process
  • execute
  • store
  • transmit

for system operation.

Outputs ​

Outputs:

  • may be incomplete
  • may be incorrect
  • may not reflect reality

No guarantees are provided.

8. Fees and Billing ​

You agree to:

  • pay fees
  • cover taxes

Forge may:

  • change pricing
  • suspend access

9. Experimental Features ​

Features may be unstable or removed.

No guarantees apply.

10. Intellectual Property ​

Forge retains all rights to:

  • infrastructure
  • software
  • systems

11. Confidentiality ​

Each party must protect confidential information.

12. Export Controls ​

You must comply with U.S. export and sanctions laws.

13. Disclaimer ​

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS".

14. Limitation of Liability ​

Forge is not liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profits

Liability capped at fees paid in last 12 months.

15. Indemnification ​

You indemnify Forge against:

  • misuse
  • violations
  • claims

16. Termination ​

Forge may terminate access at any time.

17. Governing Law ​

Delaware, United States.

18. General ​

  • Severability applies
  • Terms may change
  • Continued use = acceptance

Forge executes possibility spaces.
