1. Scope
This SLA defines availability and operational expectations for Forge Pool.
2. Service Definition
Forge provides:
- distributed execution
- probabilistic computation
- API access
3. Availability
Target availability: 99.5% monthly
Excludes:
- maintenance
- force majeure
- external failures
4. Performance
Forge does not guarantee:
- execution speed
- latency
- workload completion time
Performance depends on distributed compute conditions.
5. Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance may occur.
Efforts made to minimize disruption.
6. Incident Response
Forge will:
- investigate incidents
- restore functionality
- communicate status
7. Support
Support provided via:
- system channels
8. Limitations
Due to distributed nature:
- execution variability is expected
- deterministic replay applies to computation, not infrastructure
9. Credits
Service credits may be issued at Forge discretion.
10. Governing Law
Delaware, United States.
Final Statement
Forge prioritizes correctness of execution over availability guarantees.
