Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between:
Forge Compute, Inc.
("Processor")
and
the entity using Forge Pool services
("Controller")
1. Scope
This DPA applies to processing of personal data by Forge in connection with the Services.
2. Roles
- Controller determines purposes and means of processing
- Processor processes data on behalf of Controller
Forge acts as Processor for workload data.

4. Types of Data
May include:
- identifiers
- technical data
- user-submitted data
5. Obligations of Processor
Forge will:
- process data only on documented instructions
- ensure confidentiality
- implement security measures
- assist with compliance obligations
- notify of data breaches without undue delay
6. Subprocessors
Forge may use subprocessors.
Forge ensures:
- contractual obligations
- equivalent protections
7. International Transfers
Data may be processed globally.
Safeguards applied as required by law.
8. Security
Forge implements:
- encryption
- access controls
- distributed architecture
9. Data Subject Rights
Forge will assist Controller in responding to requests.
10. Data Deletion
Upon termination:
- data may be deleted or anonymized
- subject to legal obligations
11. Audit
Controller may request reasonable information regarding compliance.
12. Liability
Liability governed by Terms of Service.

Delaware, United States.
Final Statement
Forge processes data as execution substrate, not as data owner.
